Project Requirements

This is where we discover real vision behind the project to understand what's required to connect the dots and get the results the client is looking for.

Beyond The Buzzwords required a website for their brand-new business-based podcast. They needed us to derive the colour scheme and visual language elements from their podcast assets and use this to create a fully functional site which would become the central hub of the podcast.

BTB had a clear vision of what they required which evolved a little over time until it became the finished product that it is today.

We produced a site with clear messaging that aligned with the requirements of both the owner and project manager and will now be a valuable asset as they move into their marketing phase.

Our Approach

Whatever the project, we research the best solutions based on the project requirements. We then implement those solutions based on our findings and (where appropriate) provide a continuous success program to ensure that goals are consistently achieved long-term.

Our discovery session with the owner and project manager allowed us to understand what the podcast was really about (which isn’t a run-of-the-mill business show you might expect).

Developing a deeper understanding of their current goals and what they were aiming to achieve long-term allowed us to build with the simplicity, yet flexibility, required for future aims.

The Result

How we measure results will depend on the project and we adjust accordingly. Where possible, we use S.M.A.R.T goals to measure and improve on a long-term basis.

BTB has now successfully launched its podcast and has its first season available on all mainstream podcast services!

At the time of writing, BTB is only just moving into its marketing phase but we are on hand to assist with future requirements such as on-site SEO, website management and project automation.
