Project Requirements

This is where we discover real vision behind the project to understand what's required to connect the dots and get the results the client is looking for.

Good Money Guide already has a well-established website and didn’t require web design.

Their problem was the fact that they were failing Core Web Vitals (Google speed testing tool found their site to be slow) and were concerned that this could be affecting SEO rankings along with visitor engagement and conversions.

Our Approach

Whatever the project, we research the best solutions based on the project requirements. We then implement those solutions based on our findings and (where appropriate) provide a continuous success program to ensure that goals are consistently achieved long-term.

Upon speaking with the owner we discussed what potential changes could be made in order to improve website speed. The requirements were significant as pages were testing at a score of 30-50 and we were aiming for scores of 90+!

We analysed the site and advised a plan of action to make changes that would significantly optimise website speed without creating any visual or technical issues.

The Result

How we measure results will depend on the project and we adjust accordingly. Where possible, we use S.M.A.R.T goals to measure and improve on a long-term basis.

As per our above plan, we implemented site-wide and page-specific optimisations.

GoodMoneyGuide.com now have a fast-loading website and all pages are scoring well above 90+ in Google’s speed testing tool (most are over 95).
