Project Requirements

This is where we discover real vision behind the project to understand what's required to connect the dots and get the results the client is looking for.

All Saints Primary needed a website redesign as the original was non-responsive and showing its age. They required a complete overhaul including a fresh look and better hosting.

The school had some specific requirements in terms of structure, navigation, and compliance. It needed to be a useful and engaging service for parents but also practical and functional for staff to use on a daily basis.

Our Approach

Whatever the project, we research the best solutions based on the project requirements. We then implement those solutions based on our findings and (where appropriate) provide a continuous success program to ensure that goals are consistently achieved long-term.

Research for this project was a little different to most as there is no direct competition. Increasing traffic was also not a concern. Our research here was more geared towards structure, functionality, and usability.

We agreed on a design that looked simple, and clean yet met all the required criteria.

We created a platform that allows all regulatory information to be edited/added as required and also allows staff to regularly communicate with parents in a simple and efficient manner.

We now work with All Saints CEVC Primary school to manage and maintain their website and provide updates, support and assistance wherever required.

The Result

How we measure results will depend on the project and we adjust accordingly. Where possible, we use S.M.A.R.T goals to measure and improve on a long-term basis.

The school now have a modern website that has all the functionality they require and is an effective communication tool for staff, parents, governors, and regulatory bodies.

With our support, their website is always kept fast, fresh and up-to-date.

We are able to deal with any technical issues fast and efficiently to minimise potential disruptions.
