Project Requirements

This is where we discover real vision behind the project to understand what's required to connect the dots and get the results the client is looking for.

AV Aerospace Ltd had been let down by a previous web design company and approached us with a view to taking over the project and bringing it to completion in a time-sensitive manner.

Unfortunately, the project build did not meet our high-quality standards and we agreed to rebuild from scratch.

AV Aerospace Ltd was extremely well organised and had a clear vision of its requirements. This would help to produce the results they required in record time.

Our Approach

Whatever the project, we research the best solutions based on the project requirements. We then implement those solutions based on our findings and (where appropriate) provide a continuous success program to ensure that goals are consistently achieved long-term.

Due to the highly specific niche of this client, there was little need to consider competition or marketing from a traditional perspective.

AV Aerospace Ltd knew that their clients would be coming from existing connections. The purpose of the new website was to present a clear, concise and corporate brand image that would reflect the service, philosophy and values of the company.

This site would also be built with future improvements in mind. This included added functionality and new sections that could be switched on at a later date.

The Result

How we measure results will depend on the project and we adjust accordingly. Where possible, we use S.M.A.R.T goals to measure and improve on a long-term basis.

This entire project was delivered in record time (Less than 3 weeks!) as this was important to the client. As they had been let down and delayed before, we knew how important it was for them to get back on track.

They now have an online presence they are proud to stand behind. They’ve also received training on how to manage their website moving forward.

In addition to this, they have requested that we become their first call for any work moving forward.
