Project Requirements

This is where we discover real vision behind the project to understand what's required to connect the dots and get the results the client is looking for.

Jenna Cottage is highly regarded in her field and has worked at prestigious locations including London’s Covent Garden. She felt let down by her previous web design company. The finished project didn’t reflect her branding and had no clear structure. It was difficult to navigate and find information about her services.

Because of this, our best option was a complete redesign with additional functionality to improve customer experience and reduce admin costs.

Our Approach

Whatever the project, we research the best solutions based on the project requirements. We then implement those solutions based on our findings and (where appropriate) provide a continuous success program to ensure that goals are consistently achieved long-term.

We carefully researched her competitors and target market. Our discovery session also showed us that customer journey, CRO, and SEO would be of vital importance in this project.

We drafted a website structure and design that fitted Jenna’s branding and personality (as hers is a very personal service), along with meeting the brief above.

Jenna was clear that she wanted to work with us long-term to build on her website success.

The Result

How we measure results will depend on the project and we adjust accordingly. Where possible, we use S.M.A.R.T goals to measure and improve on a long-term basis.

Jenna now has a website that provides numerous services but has a clear path to each with the relevant information always in the right place. The new design carefully guides the customer to their required service without interruption.

She also has a flexible booking system that allows her customers to fill her diary with orders and no manual booking is required. This allows her to focus on her services far better than before.

She has a well-structured blog that enables her to create content for her audience and improve her website visitor metrics. She even has an online shop where she sells physical products.

All of this is managed with a flexible and simple-to-use backend system. In addition to managing the technical aspects of Jenna’s website, we also regularly work with her to test ideas and create additional functionality.
