This is where we discover real vision behind the project to understand what's required to connect the dots and get the results the client is looking for.

The Wise Coffee Company knew they needed an E-commerce website.

They had some ideas about how it should look and had researched their competitors. They needed a website that would:

Showcase their passion and love for coffee.
Be “in tune” with their products and branding style.
Appeal directly to their target market.
Be flexible enough to expand.
Make product selection and purchasing simple.

Our Approach

Whatever the project, we research the best solutions based on the project requirements. We then implement those solutions based on our findings and (where appropriate) provide a continuous success program to ensure that goals are consistently achieved long-term.

We took charge of product photography and drafted the website design to work with (and build on) existing branding.

We looked at customer pain points and came up with a system that allowed them to select the right coffee based on strength, acidity, and roast.

We produced an e-commerce platform that made the above selection (along with the checkout process) simple and easy to use but with enough power on the backend to expand capabilities.

The Result

How we measure results will depend on the project and we adjust accordingly. Where possible, we use S.M.A.R.T goals to measure and improve on a long-term basis.

Wise Coffee now has a website that they are not only proud of but (more importantly) became a key component of their business. It has helped them not just to make sales online but also provide a professional presence that has enabled them to sell to shops, boutiques, and hotels across Suffolk.
